To export your journal entries, follow these steps:
Your journal entries will be exported in PDF readable by Adobe Acrobat or most browsers, or CSV format which is readable by any spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Simply open the file in one of those programs to view and sort your entries.
The time required depends on the size of your journal. Most exports are generated within a few seconds, but larger journals with many entries may take longer.

Yes. The export is generated directly by your device and is not stored in the cloud and is not shared with your coparent. Please be mindful of where you save the file and who you share it with—especially if your entries include sensitive information about your children, custody, or personal experiences.
