If you and your coparent are wanting to use BestInterest in Together Mode, the easiest way to do this is to go to More > Coparent Connection and follow the simple instructions to invite your coparent. There is no need to enter your coparent’s number when you’re using Together Mode.
If you want to use Solo Mode (where you’re the only one using the app), and you get an error when trying to add your coparent’s number that it is already being used by another user, a couple things could be happening:
Another User Entered Your Coparent’s Number By Accident
In this case, simply contact us and provide your coparents number explaining the situation. We will do some investigation on our end and free up the number so that you can use it.
Your coparent entered their OWN number as their coparent number
This happens occasionally when a coparent is testing the app. If you and your coparent are collaborating, make sure that their coparent number under Settings > Coparent Profile is set to YOUR number. Also, consider switching to Together Mode.
