How BestInterest handles pronouns

In BestInterest, you have the option to set pronouns for yourself, your coparent, and your children. This feature is entirely optional—but it’s a simple way to make your experience more respectful and personalized.

When pronouns are set, the AI can better understand how to refer to everyone in your family, whether it’s offering communication support, helping you compose a message, or generating summaries. For example, instead of saying “they picked up the child”, the app might say “she picked up her son”—small touches that add clarity and warmth to the conversation.

You can update pronouns at any time in your profile settings in these locations:

1. More > Personal Profile
2. More > Family Profile
3. More > Coparent Profile

Don’t want to set pronouns? That’s fine, you can leave these fields blank.
