Free co-parenting resources

Templates, checklists, and guides built from what co-parents actually ask us for. Every one is free, yours to keep, and useful whether or not your co-parent cooperates.

Tired of maintaining a spreadsheet?

The trackers on this page work, but they only work while you keep filling them in. BestInterest logs the same records as you go — messages, expenses, and a journal you cannot edit after the fact — and exports them when an attorney or mediator asks. The free plan never expires.

Questions

Are these co-parenting resources really free?

Yes. Every template, checklist, and guide on this page is free to download. Enter your email on the resource page and the link arrives straight away. There is no credit card and no trial attached.

Do I need the BestInterest app to use them?

No. The spreadsheets work in Google Sheets and the checklists are printable PDFs, so they stand on their own. BestInterest does the same jobs automatically if you would rather not maintain a spreadsheet, and the free plan covers the journal, expense tracking, and exports.

Will my co-parent be told that I downloaded something?

No. Downloads are private to you. Nothing is shared with your co-parent, and the resources do not require them to be involved at all.

Can I share these with my attorney or mediator?

Yes. The templates are yours to keep, print, and share with an attorney, mediator, or therapist. Professionals are welcome to pass them to their own clients.
