Create Calendar Reports and CSV Exports

The Calendar Export & Reports screen creates either a PDF of your parenting schedule and calendar events or a CSV spreadsheet of Calendar data. Both formats use a date range of up to 366 days and can include recorded Calendar changes.

Open Calendar Export & Reports

1. On Home, tap More Tools.
2. Under Records, tap Reports.
3. Tap Calendar.

The screen opens with the current month selected.

Generate a Calendar PDF

1. Leave Court Report selected.
2. Choose a Start Date and End Date covering no more than 366 days.
3. Turn on Include history of changes if you want Calendar changes recorded during those dates included.
4. Turn on Include Certificate of Authenticity if you want a verified cover page for review or court use.
5. Tap Generate Report (PDF).

If BestInterest cannot determine your time zone, choose a saved time zone or continue in UTC when prompted. The PDF uses the selected time zone consistently.

Calendar PDFs show the parenting schedule, Calendar events, and scheduled overnight totals for the selected range. Private events and notes are excluded. Scheduled parenting time records the plan in the Calendar; it does not establish who actually exercised that time.

Verified Reports require Connect. Connect includes up to 10 reports each month, including reports still generating; Protect removes that report cap. The app shows the applicable limit or upgrade screen before starting a report.

Export Calendar data to CSV

1. Select Data Export.
2. Choose a Start Date and End Date covering no more than 366 days.
3. Decide whether to include recorded Calendar changes.
4. Tap Export Data (CSV).
5. Use your device’s share sheet to save or send the file. On supported web devices, the file downloads directly.

Calendar CSV export does not use the monthly Verified Report allowance.

Use Report History

PDF requests appear under Report History on the Calendar report screen.

• Generating means the server is preparing the file. You can leave the screen while it continues.
• Complete shows a download button.
• Failed means the file could not be generated.

Completed reports remain downloadable for 90 days. Deleting a Report History row permanently deletes that generated PDF. CSV exports open the share sheet immediately and do not create a Report History row.
