How do I cancel my subscription?

If you decide that BestInterest is no longer needed, canceling your subscription is simple and can be done directly through your device. Depending on where you purchased your subscription, you must go through your provider to cancel - we do not have the ability to cancel subscriptions for you.

Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:

For iOS (Apple) Users:

• Open the Settings app on your device.
• Tap your name, then select Subscriptions.
• Find BestInterest in your list of subscriptions.
• Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted.

For Android (Google Play) Users:

• Open the Google Play Store on your device.
• Tap on Menu > Subscriptions.
• Select BestInterest from your list of active subscriptions.
• Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.

Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not delete your BestInterest account or automatically refund a previous charge.
