Access controlled by the client
Built for your work
Spend less time collecting records. More time supporting clients.
When a client wants your help, the Professional Portal gives you a clearer starting point for understanding their coparenting history.
Prepare for client conversations
Review the approved history before a session, mediation, or case meeting so the conversation can start with the relevant facts.
Find the record that matters
Search messages, review calendars and expenses, and open approved documents without asking your client to collect screenshots.
Keep clients organized
Each connected client has a separate read-only workspace, with access limited to the records that client chooses to share.
Verified reports
Turn a long history into a report you can use.
Generate verified reports from client-approved messages, expenses, tasks, and calls for a selected date range. They help you prepare for meetings, build timelines, and focus conversations on specific events.
Print a calendar agenda separately, or download approved documents and attachments from their records. Your client’s current permissions govern what you can view and download.
Getting connected
Start with a free account. Connect with a client in three steps.
You can set up your professional profile before a client is ready to share. A client connection requires action from both people.
01 · Connect
Either person can start
Create your free professional account and invite a client, or accept an invitation the client sends from BestInterest.
02 · Approve
Your client approves access
Your client reviews the connection and chooses the record categories to share before anything appears in your portal.
03 · Review
Get to work in your portal
Open the client’s approved records, search the history, and create supported reports from your read-only workspace.

Client-controlled access
The right context, with clear boundaries.
Your client chooses which record categories to share, including messages, calendar, expenses, tasks, documents, and calls. Private records and calls require a separate choice.
Each parent controls their own connection. Clients can change or revoke access, and the portal checks current permission before future viewing and downloads.
