Why isn't Boundary Line available in Collaborative Mode?

Boundary Line was designed for Solo Mode, so one parent can use BestInterest even when their coparent does not use the app. It gives the Solo Mode user a BestInterest phone number while the other parent continues using ordinary texts and phone calls.

If you switch from Solo Mode to Collaborative Mode, you will lose your Boundary Line and its assigned phone number. You will gain secure in-app audio and video calls between your linked BestInterest accounts.

When your coparent is willing to use BestInterest with you, in-app calling provides a better experience because both parents can place or receive audio and video calls inside the app. If your coparent is not ready to join, remain in Solo Mode to keep using Boundary Line.
