Reports and Exports Overview
Open More Tools > Reports to create records for a date range. The Reports screen includes Messages, Calendar, Calls, Journal, Tasks when shared tasks are available, Expenses, and Coparenting History.
PDF Report or CSV Data Export?
- Choose Court Report when you want a formatted PDF designed for reading and sharing.
- Choose Data Export when you want a CSV file that can be opened in spreadsheet software.
CSV exports are available without a paid plan. Verified PDF reports require Connect, Protect, or Protect Plus. Connect includes up to 10 PDF reports per month; Protect and Protect Plus include unlimited reports. If the screen offers Include certificate, the certificate verifies the generated report file and does not independently prove the meaning of every record.
Choose a Report Area
- Messages: sent and received messages, with options for the records included. Use Filter by Tag in either Court Report or Data Export mode to include only messages with one exact tag; leave it empty to include messages regardless of tag.
- Calendar: calendar activity and events for the selected period.
- Calls: call history and available call details.
- Journal: journal entries you choose to include.
- Tasks: shared task status, due dates, assignees, and completion details.
- Expenses: shared and optional private expense records, with PDF options such as receipts or activity history when available.
- Coparenting History: a PDF timeline of family actions such as document uploads, task changes, expense updates, and membership events. It does not have a CSV option.
Each area has its own date and inclusion options. Read the selections before generating because different report types do not contain the same fields.
Generate and Retrieve a Report
PDF reports are prepared in the background. After you start one, use Report History on that report screen to see whether it is Generating, Complete, or Failed and to download a completed file. Report files in history expire after 90 days, so save a copy you need to keep.
CSV exports are prepared on the device and normally open the system share sheet when ready.
